If the user decides to register with Veterinary Talent, the strictly necessary data for the achievement of the purposes for which the website is intended will be requested. Veterinary Talent will process the personal data of Business Users for the following purposes:
1. When creating a user account on Veterinary Talent, data will be processed in order to provide the contracted service and to address the inquiries that the Company may have after a personal interview with the Candidate to define their objectives.
2. Disclosing data to public bodies and authorities, as long as they are required in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions.
Data retention period
The data will be kept for the duration of the contractual and commercial relationship with Veterinary Talent, until the User requests its deletion, as well as for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations.
Legitimation
The legal basis for data processing lies in:
• The execution of a contract with Veterinary Talent regarding the purpose indicated in section 1) above.
• Compliance with applicable legal obligations by Veterinary Talent regarding the purpose indicated in section 2)
Rights
The User has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Veterinary Talent is processing personal data concerning them or not. Likewise, the User has the right to access their personal data and request the correction of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, the User may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to the User's particular situation, they may object to the processing of their data. Veterinary Talent will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

Also, the User can exercise the right to data portability and withdraw any consents provided at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal.
